each session is a maximum of 45 minutes session long. if the session runs shorter, the therapist will notify the client as to why.
we put the the claims for the session directly through to the medical aid, per specific medical aid scheme rates. the claimed amount might be less or more than our practice rate, as every medical aid has its own unique rates.
sessions can be cancelled at least 2 hours before the booked session, failing which, a full consultation fee will be charged to the client's account. PLEASE NOTE that medical aids DO NOT cover cancellation fees and it will be the responsibility of the client to pay this amount them selves.
we service Edenvale, Modderfontein, Linksfield, Linbropark, Kempton Park, Malboro Park, Kelvin and surrounding areas.
we do home visits in and around Edenvale, Modderfontein, Linbropark, Kempton Park, Malboro Park, Kelvin, Rembrandt Park, Linksfield and surrounding areas. anything further would have to be discussed with the practice for exceptions to be made.
